Thanks to our extensive experience and the latest CNC lathes, we are able to offer the following machining processes:

Deep-hole drilling with high pressure
bore diameter from 0.50 mm, with a bore depth of up to 42 times the diameter

Micro-drilling
bore diameter from 0.05 mm. As a comparison: The soft downy hair of a baby is about as fine.

Micro turned parts

We manufacture micro turned parts with diameters from 0.30mm, e.g. for endoscopy.

Broaching
We also use these work steps with metals that are difficult to machine, such as titanium or high-alloy steels. This way our precision turned parts are manufactured perfectly without burrs.

High-frequency milling
Complex shapes with tool diameters from 0.20mm, at up to 80,000 revolutions/min.

Thread whirling
Whirled profile or special threads in titanium or surgical steel
