Cleaning of parts

All the turned parts are degreased and cleaned in-house. 

To guarantee optimum results, we use two different cleaning systems with integrated ultrasound and various media: 

• The fully automatic solvent plant ROLL “advantage” is operated under a vacuum with modified alcohol.
• The KKS Ultrasonic Cell Cleaning Unit uses a water-based cleaning medium. We only clean medtech parts with this device.
