Secondary operations

All our turned parts are supplied to our customers ready for installation. The turned parts often require special secondary operations beforehand. We clean and degrease the parts in our modern cleaning machine. The machine operates in a vacuum with integrated ultrasound. Many turned parts are deburred before being galvanised by means of sandblasting, grinding or a polishing drum.

Further secondary operations are carried out by selected, certified partner companies: Galvanic, chemical, thermal and mechanical surface treatments, as well as mechanical finishing.
