We use the latest optical and tactile measuring equipment with a camera system and measurement software to test our precision turned parts. We have an air-conditioned measuring room. The monitoring and management is done with MetroStat software. All the devices are regularly calibrated and measurement capability analyses are carried out.
SPC-Network
In the areas of production and quality assurance, a number of PC stations and measuring units are connected in the network in order to document the statistical process control (SPC). We can create an SPC documentation at the customer’s request. The following standard stages of inspection apply in order to ensure that only carefully tested parts leave our premises:
- Documented prototype check
- Initial sample report
- Production check, documented in part with SPC
- Final check by means of a sampling procedure
- At the customer’s request: SPC (Statistical Process Control), final report
